Psalm 65:7
King
James Version (KJV)
Which
stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the
people.
Road
trip! Summer vacation! Swimsuits, sun, and sand. Are you smiling yet? I am and
I’m currently sitting at home just reminiscing about the trip. There is
something so soothing to the soul about feeling the sand between your toes and
listening to the rhythmic sound of the waves crashing to shore.
If you
don’t mind, I’d like to share some photos from our trip. There is one thing
that never ceases to amaze me - how many beautiful things God has given us to
enjoy. The landscape across our nation varies so much that there is never a
place where you can’t see the work of God’s hand.
Psalm 69:34
King James Version (KJV)
Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein.
Psalm 77:19
King James Version (KJV)
Psalm 80:11
King James Version (KJV)
She sent out her boughs unto the sea, and her branches unto the river.
Psalm 139:9
King James Version (KJV)
If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea
Psalm 104:25
King James Version (KJV)
So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
Family vacations are a treasure! So glad you could get away and enjoy your family and God's Creation. Beautiful photos BTW! :)
ReplyDeleteKeep up the God work.
Thank you! We don't take many vacations, or fancy ones, but this year's vacation especially brought such simple joys! Just spending time together walking the beach, playing in the hotel pool, and eating fish and donuts was the perfect vacation for us this year. I love your quote "Keep up the God work!" It made me smile. :)
