Snow Pea Christmas Wreath
[Printable Recipe]
Snow Peas (however many it takes to fill your chip/dip bowl!)
1 yellow bell pepper
Cherry or Grape tomatoes (1 pint)
Sesame Seeds (I bought the pre-toasted ones)
Ranch Dip (recipe below)
Wash and dry all the veggies. Place the tomatoes in a pile at the top of the plate to make the bow. Arrange the snow peas around the chip/dip plate to form a wreath. Remove the top, slice in half, and remove the inner spines and seeds of the bell pepper. Then thinly slice into decorative half-rings. Arrange over the snow peas as shown and sprinkle with sesame seeds (they look like snow!). Fill center with ranch dip.
Easy Ranch Dip
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip dry mix
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate 1 hour or more before serving. You can also sprinkle some fresh parsley or chives on top to make it look extra yummy!
Happy Celebrating!
